What is D`AR-TE à Luz?...
More than a project!
Welcome!
Some projects are born from an idea. Others are born from a profession.
D’AR-TE À LUZ was born from a way of looking at Life. It was born from the belief that learning is not simply about acquiring knowledge. It is about developing awareness. It is about learning to look at ourselves, at others and at Nature with greater presence, curiosity and responsibility. It is about creating space to grow, to relate to one another more consciously and to flourish in a more authentic way.
Throughout my journey as a psychologist, university lecturer, author and creator of educational projects and resources, I gradually discovered that, despite the diversity of contexts, one question remained:
How can we live more consciously, more fully and more faithfully to who we are? And how can we, in doing so, inspire others to do the same?
It was from this question that D’AR-TE À LUZ was born!
More than a project, it is a space where different areas, experiences and forms of expression come together — a space where Psychology, Education, Nature, Creativity and Human Development can meet, creating room for new questions, new learning and new possibilities.
A space that continues to grow, because we are always growing too...
Why D`AR-TE À LUZ?...
Some names simply identify. Others carry an intention. D’AR-TE À LUZ was born precisely in this way!...
In Portuguese, the name brings together several layers of meaning and invites different interpretations.
D’AR-TE À LUZ evokes the idea of bringing into the light what already exists within us in potential and is seeking expression. It is about allowing something to reveal itself, to grow and to take shape.
It also evokes the image of birth — a process of transformation through which, in some way, we can be born again to ourselves.
And then there is ARTE — the art of creating. The art of learning. The art of knowing ourselves. The art of living.
Because perhaps the greatest work of art we will ever create is, precisely, the way we choose to live our own Life.
It is at this crossroads between bringing to light, creating and making visible that the name D’AR-TE À LUZ comes to life.
An invitation to bring into the light who we are, who we may become and whatever, within us, is waiting to be born.
The vision... the journey ahead...

Books. Articles. Illustrations. Educational resources. Talks. Workshops. New projects and new ways of creating meaningful learning experiences.
Different expressions, one shared intention: to inspire people of all ages to learn, reflect, create, care for themselves, cultivate more conscious relationships and reconnect with their own light.
I believe in creating spaces where each person can question, discover, experiment and find their own path. That is why D’AR-TE À LUZ does not seek to be a finished or closed project. It is a journey that unfolds as we walk it. And perhaps that is precisely where its greatest richness lies: in everything that has yet to be born.
I hope this space can accompany you, inspire you and, above all... that rather than offering quick answers, it can offer you good questions!...

"Before any professional title, I am simply someone who continues to be fascinated by one question: How can we live more consciously, more authentically and more aligned with who we are?
This is the central question that has always guided both my work and my own life.
I am interested in the human being in their wholeness: what we think, feel, create, learn and seek. I am interested in what helps us grow without losing who we are. And, above all, I am interested in what we can awaken in one another when we create spaces of greater awareness, freedom and possibility.
It is from this place that D’AR-TE À LUZ was born and continues to grow. A project that does not seek to have all the answers, but rather to keep alive the questions that truly matter. And perhaps one of the most important is this:
What can be born when we truly allow ourselves to bring ourselves into the light?
